The room can be provided with a super-kingsize double bed or two generous single beds. Two comfortable wicker chairs are available for relaxing and the room has a 26 inch television with DVD player, a CD player, digital radio and tea and coffee making facilities. Magazines, DVDs, and CDs are provided.
The guest suite consists of one or two bedrooms, a private bathroom and sole-use breakfast room.
Bedroom 1
The White Bedroom is a large, elegant room with a bay window giving views along the leafy avenue, and an arched stained glass window.

Bedroom 2
The Pink Bedroom is an extremely quiet room with a double bed and en-suite vanity unit. Two comfortable wicker chairs enable guests to relax with views of our large flower-filled garden. The room has a flat screen television with Freeview, and tea and coffee making facilities. Many books, including thrillers, romance and general fiction, are found in this room.
Guest breakfast room
The guest breakfast room has a door with a leaded window, leading on to a small balcony.
If you are staying on a bed and breakfast basis, we provide a substantial quality continental breakfast. You can choose from cereals, croissants, pastries, cheeses, cold meats, fresh and dried fruit and yoghurt. Breads and toast are accompanied by delicious preserves. Fruit juices, regular and decaffeinated coffee and many types of tea are available.
If you are staying on a bed-only basis you can use the room to prepare your own light breakfasts. A fridge and microwave and basic dishes and cutlery are provided, and your dishes will be washed for you. Guests can also use the room for small scale self-catering at meals other than breakfast.
The breakfast room has good directional lighting and, combined with the free wireless internet facility available in all rooms, it works well as office space. Reference books about Cambridge and local information and maps are stored here. Playing cards, jigsaws and board games are also available.
Private use bathroom
The large private-use bathroom has both bath and shower, and a bidet. Quality bathroom products are provided.
Cosy bath robes as well as towels are available - and the private breakfast room means that a relaxed breakfast in your robe is always a possibility!
Guests will find storage for luggage. An iron, hairdryer, sewing basket and other useful items are available.
